 Brown Ale - American: With loads of whole vanilla beans and roasted malts, the nose on this brown is as beautiful as the Mona Lisa, with the taste equally as gorgeous. The menage trois of chocolate, victory, and caramel malts combine to create a lovechild that will trap you for eternity. 

The normal bitterness of a classic Extra Special Bitter gets knocked down and almost eliminated by our addition of cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. The overall review of this beer by us and our constituents is this: "Is Christmas in a glass".

Pale Ale - American: An American interpretation of a classic English style Ale. The American pale ale is characterized by floral, fruity, citrus-like piney, resinous, or sulfur-like American-variety hop character, producing medium to medium-high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. American=style pale ales have medium body and low-to medium maltiness that may include low caramel malt character. 

Sour - Berliner Weisse: Dry, tart Berliner Weisse with a champagne feel. Playful, bready, herbal funk hints. 

Cream Ale - Delicious and airy, this eminently quaffable light ale has just enough berry and spice to amplify its fruitiness & accentuate its creaminess. You can't have just one!

Light, bubbly and sweet. We have many syrup flavors, which could be added. 

American Pale Ale/IPA: A juicy and grapefruit forward cloudy beer. This is an American Pale Ale touching the line, wanting to be an IPA. 

Pastry Stout: A chocolate pastry stout with notes of salted caramel, and malty sweetness.
